International Girl Child Day 2022

The INTERNATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY with the THEME: OUR TIME IS NOW – OUR RIGHTS, OUR FUTURE was conducted by the Gender discrimination cell, women empowerment cell of ANCP, for the girl students of the college.

Dr. D. Swarnalatha spoke a message on a phrase A WORLD WITHOUT GIRL IS AS IMPOSSIBLE AS A WORLD WIHTOUT WATER on behalf of girl students. She also explained on WOMEN ROLE AND POSITIONS SINCE IVC, the FIRST GRADUATE in India KADAMBINI GANGULY, GHOSA, vedic period Indian female philosopher, and many entrepreneurs, INDIRA GANDHI, P.M of India, KALPANA CHAWLA, first women of Indian origin to go to space.

The girl students also shared their role and responsibilities of girl in early age and women in later age to passionate the next generations.

Mrs. B.Nirmala Devi, women empowerment cell of ANCP, other women faculty participated in the event.
