National Level E-Quiz

We are pleased to inform you that on the occasion of National Doctor's Day, the Department of Pharmacology, Annamacharya College of Pharmacy, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh is organizing a National Level E-Quiz on **GENERAL AWARENESS ON BLACK FUNGUS **

**The quiz will be open from 01 July 2021 to 05 July 2021**

1. There are 20 questions to answer.
2. Attempt all the questions.
3. Each question carries 2 marks.
4. Only 100 Participants can take part in a day.

If the Quiz does not accept your response, you could try it the next day.

1. E-certificate will be issued to those who secure a minimum of 40 % marks.
2. Please fill in the required information correctly as the same will be printed on E-certificate.
